We call our containers Mobis. Each one holds 3-4 rooms of furniture — about the contents of a typical 2-3 bedroom home, with plenty of space for furniture, boxes, and the stuff you don't want to move twice.
The questions people ask before booking
What actually happens after I request a quote?
We confirm your address, dates, and where the container should sit. On delivery day our own driver — not a subcontracted national network — backs the Mobi into place and sets it on the ground. You load on your own schedule. When you're done, you tell us and we pick it up, move it to a new address, or haul it to our Mansfield warehouse.
How much room do I need for delivery?
Plan on about 10 feet of width, roughly 35–40 feet of straight clearance for the truck to back in, and about 15 feet of overhead clearance clear of branches and wires. A standard two-car driveway works. If your site is tight, call us before the delivery date and we'll talk through placement.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Not usually. As long as we know exactly where the container goes and the spot is accessible, we can place it without you there. Most customers text us a photo of the spot beforehand.
How do I load a container without a ramp?
You don't need one. The Mobi sits at ground level with lockable double doors, so furniture and appliances roll straight in on a dolly. That's the biggest practical difference between a portable container and a rental truck.
What if my closing date moves?
Because our yard is in Mansfield, we can pick up the loaded container and hold it for you, then re-deliver when your new place is ready. Billing stays month-to-month at $249 for residential rentals.
