Step 1: How do I get a quote?
Call or text 844-644-STOR (7867), email info@mobistor.me, or fill out the quote form on our site. Tell us roughly what you are storing, where the container is going, and about how long you expect to need it.
You get one all-in monthly rate back, usually the same day. Residential rentals start at $249 per month. We would rather give you the real number up front than quote a teaser rate and add fees later.
Step 2: We deliver the Mobi to your driveway
A Mobi is a 16-foot container that holds about three to four rooms of furniture — roughly the contents of a typical 2–3 bedroom home. Our driver sets it down where you want it: driveway, side yard, or business lot.
The one thing worth checking before we arrive is space. You need about 40 feet of clear, straight room — 16 feet for the container plus about 24 feet for the delivery truck — along with firm ground and overhead clearance. If your driveway is short, sloped, or tight, tell us when you book and we will help you figure out placement.
Step 3: You load it on your own schedule
This is the part people like most. The container sits at ground level, so you are walking boxes in rather than lifting them up into a truck bed. There is no clock running and no rental truck due back at 5 p.m.
Most households load over a weekend or two. Load heavy furniture along the walls first, fill gaps with boxes, and keep anything you may need mid-project near the door.
- Heaviest items low and against the side walls, weight spread front to back.
- Boxes stacked heaviest on the bottom, lightest on top.
- Mattresses and mirrors on edge, padded, never flat under weight.
- Leave a narrow aisle if you will need to get back in before the move.
Step 4: Keep it on-site or let us store it
Once it is loaded you have two choices. Leave it locked in your driveway, which is what most remodel, staging, and job-site customers do, or have us pick it up sealed and store it at our Mansfield yard on State Route 13.
Yard storage is the answer when closings do not line up, when a driveway needs to be clear, or when a homeowners association would rather not see a container out front for two months.
Step 5: How do I end the rental?
Tell us you are done and we schedule the pickup or the re-delivery to your new address. Billing is month-to-month, so you are never signing away six months to cover a six-week project. There is no early-termination fee.
Delivery, pickup, and re-delivery are free within 35 miles of Mansfield, which covers Ontario, Lexington, Shelby, Ashland, Wooster, Mount Vernon, Marion, and the rest of Richland County. Beyond that radius we charge a per-mile delivery rate, quoted before you book.
