Our Commitment

MobiStor is committed to making our website and services usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or voice control. Accessibility is part of the same standard of service we bring to every delivery in North Central Ohio.

Standard We Follow

We work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Measures We Have Taken

• Text and interface colors are tested for readable contrast.
• Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• A “Skip to main content” shortcut appears for keyboard users on every page.
• Images carry meaningful alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Form fields have permanent, associated labels, and errors are announced, not shown by color alone.
• Buttons and links meet minimum touch-target size on phones and tablets.
• Motion and animation are reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
• Pages use proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate structure.

Known Limitations

Parts of our quote request and billing experience are provided by third-party platforms that we do not control. If you run into a barrier in one of those tools, we will complete your request personally by phone or email — you will never be required to use an online form to do business with MobiStor.

Ongoing Effort

We review accessibility with automated testing and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks as we add pages and features, and we fix reported barriers as a priority.
